This is the late post of my cooking recipies...
During the 'Hari Raya' Holiday, my mother in law have given me some 'Ayam Rendang' & 'Sambal Ikan Bilis' and my neighbour have given us some 'Rendang Daging'. So, I have decided to cook 'Nasi Lemak Kukus.
Ingredients:-
~ Uncooked rice
~ Asam Keping
~ Coconut Milk
~ Pandan Leave
~ Salt to taste
Methods:-
- Soak at least 4 -6 hours the uncook rice with 'Asam Keping' with water.
- Once done with the rice soak, rinse with water and dry up.
- Then mix the uncooked rice with coconut milk and salt to taste
- Steam the rice till cooked.
Served the rice while is hotel with sambal or rending.
