Ingredients:-
~ Shallot
~ Garlic
~ Ginger
~ Pandan Leave
~ Rice (Uncooked)
~ Oil
~ Salt
~ Water
~ Chicken stock
Methods:-
- Finely chop the shallot, garlic & ginger (alternately you may use the small blender to blend
- Heat up the wok / pan with some oil then pour in the shallot, garlic & ginger. Fry it till it turn aroma & golden brown.
- After than pour in the friend shallot, garlic & ginger together with the oil into the uncooked rice (make sure you clean the rice) and then add in sufficient water, chicken stocks & salt to taste.
- Normally, this rice will come with the steam chicken. Once the steam chicken is cooked there will be some chicken soup in it, you may pour in the steam chicken soup into the rice before cooked it.
- You may serve the rice with the steam chicken or other dishes...
